Enliven Wellness Festival requires many volunteers to make it possible for everyone to enjoy their experience. Every year, we ask potential volunteers to fill out a Volunteer Application Form and include relevant skills and experience information for us to assess who to add to our team.

Volunteer applications are NOW CLOSED!

 

The application deadline was May 15th. You should have received your results by June 1st. If you did not receive your results (please check your junk folder first), you can email volunteers@enlivenwellnessfestival.com. We may accept applications for volunteers after the deadline based on changing needs and availability, so if you are still interested you can express that via email!

Enliven Wellness Festival is looking for facilitators to create a unique experience and journey for the participants. Every year, we ask potential facilitators to fill out a Facilitator Application Form so we can fairly review the many offerings and determine how we populate our schedule. We are looking for people who are aligned with our values and who are passionate about sharing their gifts with the community.

 

This year, we are focusing on curating a flow throughout the weekend, providing opportunities for embodiment, expansion, integration and rest - all with a focus on connection with self, others and nature. Our selection process will refer to this intention and will determine which offerings we select. We are basing our choices on the relevance of the workshop to the values and to the overall theme/flow of the festival.

Performer Application Form

  • How can I apply to be a musical act, dancer, flow artist, visual artist and/or ambient musician for the event?

Enliven Wellness Festival loves to invite all forms of art to enrich the experience for all participants. Every year, we ask potential performers to fill out a Performer Application Form to let us know what they would like to offer.

We are looking for:

  • musicians that align with our community values

  • dancers and flow artists to perform during the DJ sets and throughout the festival

  • visual artists to create pieces during the festival

  • ambient musicians to accompany workshops

  • art installations and site decor

Vendor
Application Form

  • How can I apply to be a vendor for the event?

The Enliven Festival endeavors to curate a diverse market by promoting local artisans and vendors. Every year, we ask potential vendors to fill out a Vendor Application Form. There is a vendor fee of $400 as which includes an extra ticket for you to bring an assistant for your booth.

Payments must be received by July 1st.

Exchange / Camping / Other

  • What do I get in exchange for my offerings at the festival?

  • Can I camp in my car or RV?

  • What happens if my application doesn't get accepted?

If your application is accepted, you will be provided with a Talent Pass to Enliven Festival 2024 which includes early access to the festival grounds on August 1st at 12:00 pm, tent camping for the weekend and free parking. Additional details for expectations of the exchange are listed in the individual application forms.

 

There is no designated "talent camping" due to the high numbers of contributors. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate car or RV camping for applicants for free, due to a very limited number of spaces, but you are welcome to purchase one. RV spots will be on sale during the last week of July, and email subscribers (including anyone who submitted an application) will all be notified first when they are released. 

If your application is not accepted, you will receive a code to purchase a discounted ticket to the event as a thank-you for your desire to contribute!
